Earth promoters create frightening new life

April 26th is Foreign dayAnd to celebrate, FX released a pair of new videos for Alien: Earth that go to tease what’s in the store. (Spoiler: Nothing good!) Unlike previous onesThese are a little clearer about the premises of the show, though they contain no real view of the series itself – just a few good old Alien Crazy research and science that would make David proud.

In the first, labeled “gestation”, we see the scientific birth of … something going around in a crate. However, a laboratory in the ship has labeled it a new species, whose genetic material comes from an unknown source. Or more precisely, the sources, the plural: the second video, “crate”, contains the narrative explaining Weyland-Yutani sent a ship to collect “five different forms of life from the darkest corners of the universe, each a unique deadly species.” Series maker Noah Hawley Previously showed that we will see some new variants Xenomorph, and “crate” offers little insights to parents of those introductory creations.

Alien: Earth develops at 2120 – two years before the original Alien-After a Weyland-Yutani ship is crashed into the planet of the Human House. Unfortunately, a group of soldiers go to investigate and discover some bad secrets inside. With the planet in discussion, the team will have to survive all those forms of life and the agendas of the company itself. Cast includes Sydney Chandler, Timothy OlyphantBabou Ceesay and Alex Lawther.
