The ambitions of Sam Goodman’s world titles are still alive – barely.
He returned to the Aussie Daily Aussie Horta pavilion on Wednesday night, and took a major victory over Mexican Cesar Vaca. It was believed to be clean tuning. Instead, Goodman left the ring covered with blood and sewed it again, but with the waya.
The judges entered 100-90, 99-91 and 99-92. No discussion. Just damage.
Goodman was ranked at the top of the Super Bantamweight section. This year before, Naoya Inoue was faced – a monster in the weight class – a camp of a bad workout until the dream is killed. This fight was reusing momentum and his name was confused again.
